Going to a new salon can definitely be intimidating. My goal is to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Here, you will find information to make your first visit to Brynne Nicole Beauty seamless and enjoyable.
What to know.
PRE-VISIT
You must first schedule a consultation appointment through the online booking portal, in order to ensure that I am the right fit for your hair needs. You can schedule that appointment HERE. Before you come in, please head over to THIS PAGE and fill out the new client form to the best of your ability.
Text Notifications & E-mail
Reminders will be sent to you after you book your appointment. You will receive a digital confirmation 72 hours before your appointment date. Please click on the link sent to you, to confirm your appointment. An appointment reminder will be sent out 24 hours before your appointment.

Parking & Location
I am located at 6040 N 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014 in Luminous Salon Suites in Bethany Professional Square. This is on the Northwest corner of 7th Street and Bethany Home, just North of CVS. All uncovered parking is available, as well as the CVS parking lot. Please keep in mind that 7th street has limited left turn access between 6-9am, so coming down 7th Street from North to South is your safest route during those times.
Once you enter the courtyard through the parking lot, Luminous Salon Suites is located in building #200 on the north side of the complex, closest to 7th Street. My salon studio is called Cycle of Beauty and is located in Suite 13. Please send a text when you arrive, take a seat in the waiting area, until I come get you for your appointment.

YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Here For Hair?
Please come to your appointment with clean, dry hair. If we are doing color, keep in mind that accidents happen. The last thing I want to do is ruin your favorite shirt. I have color jackets available to change into or wear over your clothes. Wear something comfortable because we may be there for a while.
Tell Me Your Secrets
In order for you to get the hair of your dreams, it is important that you are honest about your hair history, lifestyle, and hair goals. I love to see inspiration photos so please bring some along with you to ensure that we are on the same page.

Please come with a make-up free face. Lash appointments are meant to be relaxing, so don’t worry about falling asleep.
Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling
In order to provide the best service to all of my clients, I schedule as many appointments as I can while still allowing me to give all of my energy to the person in my chair. I understand that things come up and life happens. Any cancellations happening within 48 hours (2 days) prior to your scheduled appointment time, will result in a fee that is 40% of your scheduled service(s). Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 80% of the total service price.
Limited Capacity
Only guests receiving services may be in the salon. Brynne Nicole Beauty operates in a studio setting and I share common areas with other salons. Please be aware that children and friends may not linger or wait in the hallways while you are having your service done. Children and adults with special needs may be accompanied by a caretaker while they are in my salon.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late to an appointment, please be aware that I may not be available to complete all of the services booked for that day. Please send me a text to let me know you are running behind. Clients that arrive more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled and a Cancellation Fee will apply.
Adjustments & Refunds
It is my goal to make sure you are happy when you leave my salon. If you are having difficulties with your end result, please let me know within 5 days so I can correct the problem, free of charge. There is a strict NO REFUND Policy in place.
Tolerance
ALL are welcome at Brynne Nicole Beauty. I have always believed that salons are a space to feel comfortable and vulnerable. It is very important that your experience in my salon feels like a safe space. Please inform me of your desired pronouns so I can make your experience a happy one. I prefer she/her.
